What this page processes
This site has no account and sets no cookies. To count how often pages are visited, we use Umami, a statistics tool we run ourselves on our server at Hetzner Online GmbH; it sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device, builds no profiles and does not store your IP address, and nobody but us receives the data. To deliver and protect the site, our hosting provider (Hetzner) and our content delivery provider (Cloudflare) process connection data, including your IP address, on our behalf. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR: operating, securing and improving the site.
If you write to us, by e-mail or through the contact form, we process your name, your address and your message to answer it, on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. The contact form sends your message by e-mail to our inbox through Resend, our e-mail provider; we do not store it in a database.
Orders
Reports are ordered on each country’s own site, which has its own privacy notice in its own language. For Germany, see de.verifireports.com/de/datenschutz.
Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). An e-mail to [email protected] is enough.
You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority at our establishment is the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP; you can also contact the authority where you live.
Automated decisions
There is no automated decision-making, including profiling, within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR. Every report is written by a person.
