One service in several European countries. Each country has its own report, built on its own official source and prepared by a person: the figure, where it comes from, and what it does and does not mean.
Where we work
In Germany, the report covers 12 of 16 federal states: Berlin, Brandenburg, Bremen, Hamburg, Hesse, Lower Saxony, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, North Rhine-Westphalia, Rhineland-Palatinate, Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt and Thuringia.
Countries
Each country has its own register and its own rules for reading it, so each report is different. We open a country only when the source, the rights to use it and the procedure are in place. The price and the order form are on each country's site.
Our home market, served by verifi.ro: the official land book extract (extras de carte funciară), the minimum value of a property in the notarial price grid (grila notarială), and property reports that bring these checks together.
The official land value (Bodenrichtwert) for a plot, with its zone, reference date and a comparison with your plot.
A check of a building plot before you buy: cadastre, zoning, hazard maps and the regional price level.

The objective value of a property, its zone and coefficients, and declared transfer prices nearby.
How it works
On the country's own site, in its language: the address or the cadastral reference and a few details about the property.
We locate the property in the public register of its country, check which value applies and note the edition we used.
A PDF in the country's language: the figure, the source behind it, and what it does and does not mean.
About
Verifi Reports is run by the company behind verifi.ro, which checks properties and companies in Romania. The method is the same in every country: take the official figure, show where it comes from, and say plainly what it does and does not mean.
